Senior Java Fullstack Developer - Remote | On Contract
Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Java Fullstack Developer with over 6 years of hands-on expertise in modern Java ecosystems. You’ll be a key contributor to building scalable backend services and enterprise-grade messaging platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop robust back-end systems using Java 11+ and Spring Boot 2.7+
- Design and implement REST APIs integrating JSON/XML/YAML data formats
- Work with Oracle DB and manage database connectivity via JDBC/Hibernate
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, contributing to daily standups and code reviews
- Implement enterprise messaging using RabbitMQ, Apache ActiveMQ, or Azure Service Bus
- Apply integration patterns like Publisher/Subscriber and Point-to-Point
- Handle CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven/Gradle
- Maintain source control and project collaboration using Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in Java backend development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and database management
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, YAML and messaging protocols (AMQP 0-9-1 / 1.0)
- Familiarity with message brokers and enterprise messaging architectures
- Proficiency with development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Postman, Git Bash, SourceTree
- Excellent English communication skills
- Personal laptop or desktop in good working condition
